We take care of the site testing and reporting, design, council approvals, demolition and construction, as well as everything else in between. Site inspection
We assess your site in person and arrange an initial site survey
Design and Planning
We discuss the possibilities and potential of your site with you and create a custom design that will maximise your sites attributes. We will then work collectively one-on-one with our architects to develop a concept for your approval
Tender
We provide simple and clear quotes displaying everything included in your new home and agree on a fixed price
Documentation
We arrange all applicable permits, council/certifier building approvals. Once approval is granted contracts are signed
Demolition
We coordinate the demolition of the existing house, or you can choose to engage your own contractor – we are happy to recommend one
Colour/Interior Design Consultation
We meet collectively with our Interior Designer/Colour Consultant to help you choose all your home finishes to achieve a professional finish
Construction
We build your new home on your newly cleared block!
After viewing the homes of various builders and attending several meet and greets, choosing TrueBuild Homes was the best decision we made.
