Our Process

Our Process

At Truebuild, our number one focus is providing the ultimate building experience for our clients. We do this by taking a personalised and collaborative approach throughout the building journey which is backed by innovative and streamlined processes.

Step 1 - Getting to know each other

  • Meet at Truebuild’s office or your project site
  • Get an understanding of your site’s attributes and potential, your design inspiration, your needs/wants and your budget
  • Truebuild Homes and you engage in a preliminary agreement together

Step 2 - Design Process

  • Engaging Truebuild Homes as your builder and together collaborating with the architect for design services and documentation
  • Truebuild Homes will oversee the design process to ensure the design stays within your budget
  • Truebuild Homes will manage all required consultants to ensure a holistic approach to the design & submission process

Step 3 - Submission & Finishes

  • All documentation is prepared for council or certifier submission
  • Truebuild Homes collaborate alongside you and our interior designer to finalise selections

Step 4 - Signing Contracts & Construction Journey

  • Truebuild Homes will finalise your quote after the certifier’s approval
  • All documentation has now been gathered and building contracts are signed
  • Construction commences with regularly scheduled site visits and your own client portal access
  • Truebuild Homes hands over the keys to your brand new home
We chose TrueBuild Homes to build our home in Matraville & I honestly couldn't be happier with my decision to use them. They genuinely care about my build & have ensured every little detail is perfect & thought out which is super refreshing considering I am quite picky being in the design industry myself. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to my closest family & friends as I have so much trust in them.
