Matraville Duplex Build Series: Teaser
Meet our client’s Luke & Kate as they undertake their first development- a high-end duplex located in Matraville, Sydney. You’ll also get the chance to hear their vision for the project- think beautiful luxury inclusions and quality finishes and also meet us (TrueBuild!). Episode 1: Let’s Get Started
The build has now started! The slab has been laid and the framing has started. In this episode you’ll get to know Luke and Kate a bit better, the things that are most important to them in the build and a look at what the final product will look like. We’re stoked to have this project out of the ground and can’t wait to share the journey with you.
Episode 2: It’s Coming Together
Things are progressing nicely at Matraville! This is an exciting time for the clients as the plastering and walls are now up and they can really start to see their vision starting to take shape. In this episode you’ll to see some of the beautiful selections and finishes that Luke and Kate have chosen, meet some of our incredible trades and suppliers and find out exactly how Luke and Kate are feeling about their project.
Episode 3: It’s starting to come to life
It’s all starting to come to life at Matraville. The cabinetry and stone has gone in, the beautiful floors have been finished and the plumbing has started. In the episode you’ll meet some of our incredible trades that have been working on this duplex project and get more of an idea of what both homes are going to look like! Think light vs dark, luxury inclusions and a flood of natural light.
Episode 4: The finishing touches
It’s handover day! In this episode you’ll get to see all of the incredible finishing touches and attention to detail that has gone into the project and you’ll also hear from Luke and Kate about how they’re feeling about finally getting the keys. This is one of the most exciting stages of a build where you get to step back and admire the project in full and celebrate with the owners.
Episode 5: Final Walk Through
Our duplex build at Matraville is now complete. With luxury finishes, meticulous attention to detail and extremely happy client’s we invite you to experience what makes building a TrueBuild home so special.
